Wendy Howard is a registered and licensed dietitian specializing in prevention and wellness through nutrition and fitness.  Her areas of expertise include weight management, heart disease, cancer, sports nutrition, herbs and supplements, and overall wellness. She is an author and lecturer and has made numerous television appearances and given many radio interviews and educational lectures throughout her career. She has written nutrition articles for Naturally Healthy magazine and is the author of Living Lite, a low-fat, heart-healthy menu and recipe manual designed to take the stress out of meal planning.
